In older cultures we were naturally accompanied by a tradition of supporting one another in life with the wisdom of the elders, the shamans, or the senior representatives of the Lineage. Wisdom held a different value than knowledge, which is of course essential to conscious growth. Yet knowledge can become a limitation in itself, through its arrogance or the pride of „knowing”. As we walk through life we can also lose it — for instance in illness or old age. Wisdom is a possession you carry everywhere with you; it is knowledge forged on the path of consciously experiencing it.
On our shared journey we „take stock” of what you know alongside what you have experienced, practised and discovered. To know often does not mean to „be in it” with your whole self, but to spin concepts and interpretations about it. That is the stance of being in the mind — analysing, arranging, fixing, often building strategies of avoidance. Wisdom is the emptiness of the Ego. To talk about consciousness is not the same as to be in Consciousness. We humans live in two ways: some come to know reality only intellectually, while others open to experiencing it, directing the light of awareness toward feeling.
On our shared journey you will build the trust to verify what you know, to draw on experience without the rhetoric of the victim; you will learn to integrate experience so as to draw from it the wisdom that forms the foundation of your conscious choices, decisions and the creation of a new reality. I will help you see life through the eyes of the Soul, not the mind — for only then do you see and understand the whole picture.

The first consultation lasts up to 3 hours and is work on the mental and energetic level. Depending on what your Consciousness is ready for, I guide you through seeing events and reality across these realms. It is a process tailored individually to your needs. We do not work within any particular schools, systems or programmes. I guide you toward a broader seeing of the phenomena of your life, so that you can free yourself from self-judgement, fear, unserving beliefs, the burdening old ancestral programs and every form of bondage. At our disposal we have our joined energy-information fields, which will lead us through the mind, the body, the breath… and the energies.
A session can take place in person (at my home) or online.
It can last from 1h to 3h, depending on the theme of the insight and your energetic capacity.
