Life is not meant to be a source of tension, pressure, stress or illness. Life is a space in which you can recognise yourself in relationship with everything, and freely create everything. When it is felt mainly in the head, its creation becomes deeply limited and immensely burdensome.
Life is felt in the Body of Consciousness, while thought touches only the Mind.
All the accidental creations we sow arise from a lack of trust in the Higher Power and the inability to be fully Conscious.
When we mistake the Ego — our sense of agency — for the act of ordering everything, we fall into pride, and then our life is full of struggle, tension, anger, discord and suffering. When you join your energetic potential with the Body of Consciousness, the stream of trust leads you through life towards lightness, agency and joy.

From my earliest years I was fascinated by the human being — their boundless "otherness" in constant connection with others, the capabilities of the physical body, the potentials of charisms and talents, differences and similarities, the heritage of ancestral conditioning, predictable and surprising behaviours, the possibilities of shaping personality and self-expression, unconscious limitations and states of "non-living" within life. That fascination gave birth to a great longing to know and to explore many aspects of humanity, in the micro and macro planes of coexistence with the whole Universe, with the laws of physics and metaphysics.
So I explore and alchemise this subject across many dimensions — the very human, earthly conditioning, its energetic structure, its subtle spiritual architecture, vibrational synchronisation and its grounding in the plane of universal laws.
Since 2007 I have focused on serving others by guiding processes that help them recognise the Body of Consciousness. The page you are reading was not created for promotional purposes; it was called into being after 19 years of active work, at my clients' request, to give wider access to my knowledge, teachings, insights and discoveries. The words written here are not meant for quick navigation towards a sale. Be aware as you read them, and you will feel my intentions.

In older cultures we were naturally accompanied by a living tradition of supporting one another in life through the wisdom of the elders, the shamans, or the representatives of the lineage.
Wisdom is a different value than knowledge, which is of course essential for conscious growth. Yet knowledge can become a limitation through its arrogance, the pride of "knowing". As we walk through life it can also be lost — in illness or in old age. Wisdom is a possession you carry everywhere with you; it is knowledge forged on the path of experiencing it.
During our shared journey we "take inventory" of what you know together with what you have experienced, practised and discovered.
To know often does not mean to "be in it" with your whole self, but to spin concepts and interpretations about it. That is the stance of living in the mind — analysing, arranging, fixing, often building strategies of avoidance. Wisdom is the emptiness of the Ego.

Everything in the Universes can be examined on the physical, chemical and mathematical plane. Why, then, do we assume that a human being can be placed and analysed only on the first two planes?

During our shared journey you will build trust in testing what you know, in drawing from experience without the rhetoric of the victim; you will learn to integrate experience so as to draw from it the wisdom that becomes the foundation of your conscious choices, decisions and the creation of a new reality.
